How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. I am one artist with little hands. I will aim to ship as fast as possible. For domestic orders you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after you receive confirmation of dispatch. For international orders, these can take anywhere up to 14 working days.

can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How much does postage cost?

We have two UK shipping options, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Rates for Royal Mail Tracked 24 start at £3.30 for A4s and mini prints and £5.79 for large prints. When ordering multiple items, an additional £2 packaging fee will be applied for each print larger than A4.

Why are Small Prints packed differently from Large Prints?

Our packaging methods are designed not only to protect the prints during shipping but also to showcase our commitment to delivering a premium product. We have two packaging options:

Prints larger than A4 (210 x 297 mm) will be carefully rolled and packaged in sturdy cardboard shipping tubes. The use of cardboard tubes ensures that the prints remain free from creases, folds, or any damage during transit. Each tube is securely sealed to prevent moisture, dust, and other environmental factors from affecting the quality of the art prints.

Prints smaller than A4 will be expertly packaged in protective book wraps. Prints will be secured flat within the book wrap to prevent bending or warping during transportation. The book wraps are designed to provide rigid support, ensuring the prints arrive in pristine condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to the rest of the world. We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all international orders.

Shipping rates for large Prints (bigger than A4) are £11.70 plus an additional £2 packaging fee per large print.

Shipping rates for small Prints (A4 and smaller) are £9.65.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ROYALSTON is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What is your return, exchange and refund policy?

All sales on our website are non-refundable unless the following is proved applicable: The item is damaged.  In this case, we have a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. If 30+ days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at royalstondesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If a refund or exchange is applicable, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will not be included in your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. We will only accept requests from the person who purchased the item.

What if what I want is sold out?

If a print is listed as sold out or no longer appears in the shop, it's not available. All of the movie posters and prints are strictly limited edition, unless otherwise stated. There will be no reprints of limited edition prints. There are no exceptions to this rule.
